Build Meaningful Partnerships in Healthcare Education as Our Next Sales Representative

Medical Simulation & Surgical Training 

About the Role

We are looking for a mid-level Sales Representative to help grow Laptitude in the B2B market. This role is focused on generating and progressing new business opportunities with medical training centres, hospitals, universities, simulation centres, and other healthcare education institutions.

Laptitude is a specialised training product, so this is not a simple transactional sales role. It requires someone who is comfortable with consultative selling, longer decision-making processes, multiple stakeholders, and disciplined pipeline management. You should be able to understand client needs, explain the value of the product clearly, and keep opportunities moving in a structured way from first contact to closing.

This role is best suited to someone who already has solid B2B sales experience, can proactively generate opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and work in a structured way with internal teams.

What Success Looks Like

In the first months, you are actively building a pipeline of relevant skills centers and getting in front of decision-makers. Within six months, you are converting qualified leads into pilots and closed deals. You keep your pipeline clean and up to date, and your director always knows where things stand.

Success here means taking ownership from the first call to a signed contract.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Identify and proactively reach out to skills centers, hospitals and universities
  • Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events to meet prospects in person
  • Run demos and presentations for skills center directors and clinical stakeholders
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to closed deal
  • Work closely with our Commercial Director, who will support nurturing and complex negotiations
  • Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and flag risks or opportunities early
  • Feed market insights back to the team to sharpen our positioning and product roadmap

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience
  • You are a go-getter: you generate your own leads
  • Comfortable cold calling, attending events, and building relationships from scratch
  • Confident presenting to clinical professionals and budget-holders in institutional environments
  • Able to manage a 1–3 month sales cycle with multiple stakeholders and keep momentum
  • Organized and disciplined with your pipeline, CRM, and follow-ups
  • Energetic, go-getting personality — you are motivated by the chase and by closing
  • Fluent in English; willingness to travel within the EU and occasionally to other international countries.

What We’re Not Looking For

  • Someone who needs a large team or a fully built pipeline before they can operate
  • A strategy-first profile who prefers decks and planning over getting in front of people
  • Someone uncomfortable with travel or in-person relationship building

Strong Plus

  • Experience selling to healthcare, education, or simulation institutions
  • Experience selling into hospitals or hospital networks
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and structured pipeline reporting
  • Additional languages, especially French, German and Spanish
