If you’re a passionate production student eager to craft meaningful experiences, we’d love to have you on board as our Serious Game Producer Intern starting in February 2026!

What You’ll Do

As a Producer Intern, you will be an active part of our design team, contributing to the creation of engaging gameplay experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist Producer with day-to-day project coordination and planning.
  • Help track progress in project management tools.
  • Take notes and follow up on action points from production and client meetings.
  • Support scheduling, resource tracking, and milestone reviews.
  • Communicate updates between disciplines (design, art, programming) to keep everyone aligned.
  • Participate in internal playtests, QA reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Contribute ideas to improve workflows and team efficiency.
  • Participating in team discussions and brainstorming sessions.

What We’re Looking For

  • A student in Game Design, Creative Business, Project Management, Communication, or similar field.
  • Strong passion for game prodction, with a keen interest in Serious Games.
  • Good organizational, teamwork and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, creative environment.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Enthusiasm for learning, taking initiative, and contributing creatively.
