We won a gold medal at the International Serious Play Awards in Toronto. This app is designed to train nurses in recognizing subtle signs of respiratory problems in patients and responding appropriately. Early identification of breathing issues and timely intervention contribute to a reduction in the number of cardiac arrests among hospital patients. The game was developed in collaboration with medical professionals from the University of Maryland in Baltimore.

We won the Silver Medal at the International Serious Play Awards 2018. Garfield’s Count Me In is a math game and helps children in (special education) primary school to practice their arithmetic skills both at home and at school.

For Water Battle, we won the Bronze Award at the International Serious Play Awards 2019, the Sensus Reach Innovation Award 2017 and the award for Best Serious Game at the Dutch Game Awards 2016. Water Battle is a ‘competitive’ game that helps users become aware of their water and energy use and ignites behavioural change in a more sustainable use of resources.

We won the award for Best Applied Game Design at the Dutch Game Awards 2015 for the game Gryphonrider. This game was specifically designed for young clients rehabilitating after Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), who have to perform multiple balance exercises. The technology behind Gryphon Rider automatically keeps track of all the data, giving the rehabilitation therapist insight into the client’s rehabilitation process.
